Sharon K. Everson, age 65 a lifelong resident of Elwood, died Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at Community Parkview Care Center in Elwood after an extended illness. She was born February 12, 1947 in Elwood, the daughter of Francis E. and Imogene (Toney) Everson. Sharon was a homemaker most of her life. She was a former member of the T.O.P.S. club in Elwood. Sharon's most enjoyable times were spent with her grandchildren.

Survivors include: 3 Children, Scott Hahn of Anderson, Lisa Coots of Windfall, and Shawn Hahn of Anderson; Brother, Rick (wife Judy) Everson of Elwood; 2 Sisters, Mary (husband Rick) Smith of Elwood, and Angie (husband Kevin) Wycoff of Elwood; Sister-in-law, Lynnee Everson of Elwood; 4 Grandchildren, Raeann Dailey, Ryan McKinney, Danielle Wallace, and Justin Coots; 3 Great-grandchildren, Riley, Mason, and Noble; and 2 special cousins, Betty Clayton and Vicki Lumsdon.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Bruce Everson, and a nephew, Jadd Everson.

Private funeral services will be conducted. Burial will take place at the Elwood City Cemetery in Elwood. Arrangements have been entrusted to Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home in Elwood.
