Rhonda C. (Cloud) Creamer, age 54 of Tipton, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 6, 2015 at Community North Hospital in Indianapolis after a long and courageous battle with brain cancer. She was born June 11, 1960 in Elwood, the daughter of Jean E. and Dorothy A. (Nicely) Cloud. Rhonda worked as a unit secretary for St. Vincent Mercy Hospital in Elwood and retired in 2010 in order to focus on her health. Prior to that, she worked for several years at Tipton Memorial Hospital in Utilization Management. She was a 1978 graduate of Elwood Community High School, and later married the love of her life, Neal A. Creamer on May 2, 1981. Rhonda and Neal formerly lived in Albany, Georgia for 15 years and enjoyed boating and taking spontaneous trips. She was a member of Rock Prairie Baptist Church in Tipton, and was proud to be a founding member of the cancer support group at the church. Rhonda loved reading; enjoyed walking and shopping; and especially enjoyed walking her dog "Kiwi". She will be remembered for always looking her best and taking pride in her appearance – even during her illness. More than anything, she loved and cherished her family; and will be greatly missed by many.
Rhonda's family includes her husband of 33 years, Neal Creamer of Tipton; her mother, Dorothy Cloud of Elwood; 2 sons, Dane A. Creamer and Collin N. Creamer both of Tipton; 2 sisters, Judy (Edward) Swink of Frankton and Krista (Dan) Haskett of Elkhart; lifelong friend, Jerri Dee Betts of Anderson; several nieces and nephews; and a great-nephew. She was preceded in death by her father.
