Michael Alan Crim , age 63 of Anderson, passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at his residence following a brief illness.  He was born March 15, 1961 in Elwood, the son of Karen "Susie" (Werline) Hoffer.  Mike was a 1979 graduate of Elwood Community High School.  He most recently worked at Lowe's in Anderson in shipping and receiving for over 5 years, and previously worked for 13 years at Tractor Supply and a short time at Walgreens.  Mike enjoyed playing pool with friends and family and watching wrestling.  He was a talented artist and loved to play video games.  Mike was known for having an extensive collection of Batman memorabilia.  He will be dearly missed by all his friends and family.

Mike's family includes his mother, Karen "Susie" (husband David) Hoffer of Elwood; 4 siblings, Mark (wife Beckie) Crim of Elwood, Dean Hoffer of Elwood, Gina Courtney of Elwood, and Cindy (husband John) Bucci of Elwood; 2 nieces, Amy Bucci and Cassidy Courtney; and 3 nephews, Raymond (wife Mariah) Crim, Brad Acres, and Cole Courtney.  Mike was preceded in death by his sister, Penny Hunnicutt.
