Obituary

Kylie L. Parish , age 32 of Elwood, passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis after a valiant battle against a year-long, unexplained illness.  She was born August 21, 1989 in Noblesville, the daughter of Dutch F. Parish and Resa J. Fetz.  Kylie was a 2008 graduate of Elwood Junior-Senior High School.  She especially enjoyed classes she took at John Hinds Vocational School in graphics and screen printing.  Kylie was a free spirit, but a fighter in everything she pursued.  She ran her own online sales business for several years selling all sorts of interesting things for a profit.  In her free time, she enjoyed listening to music, crafting, and making crystal jewelry.  Kylie also enjoyed 4-wheeling, fishing, camping, and just spending time outdoors with her friends.  After a year-long battle with her illness, her family is comforted knowing she is free of sickness in Heaven.

Kylie's family includes her father, Dutch (wife Dawn) Parish of Alexandria; mother, Resa (husband Steve) Everling of Elwood; two daughters, Adrianna L. Fetz of Frankton and Ambrosia S. Parish of Elwood; 6 siblings, Jacob Parish, Joshua Parish, and Amy Parish all of Alexandria, Steven Everling, Kandice Everling, and Krista Everling all of Elwood; maternal grandparents, Patrick & Kathy Fetz of Frankton; niece, Haizley Everling, and nephew, Holdyn Faulstich.  She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Elmer and Mildred Parish.

A funeral service celebrating Kylie's life will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home in Elwood with Rev. Scott Blaylock of Life Church in Elwood officiating.  Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park in Elwood.  Visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm prior to the funeral on Thursday at Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home.  Memorial contributions are suggested to the charity of the donor's choice.  Online condolences and memories may be shared at www.copherfeslermay.com.
