Kim D. Graham , age 69 and a lifelong resident of Tipton, passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at Community Howard Regional Hospital after a sudden illness.  He was born February 24, 1953 at Tipton County Memorial Hospital, the son of Everett and Phyllis (Williams) Graham.  Kim was a 1971 graduate of Tipton High School.  He married the love of his life, Linda Etchison, on September 28, 1973, and they shared over 49 years of marriage together.  Kim worked at Quaker Oats in Tipton for 25 years and last worked for Steel Parts Corporation in Tipton for 24 years before retiring on August 27, 2020.  He also formerly worked at a local funeral home as an assistant which he greatly enjoyed.

Kim was a longtime member of the West Street Christian Church in Tipton where he had served as a Deacon and a Trustee.  He was a devoted member of the Tipton Masonic Lodge #1590 where he formerly served as Worshipful Master of the lodge; was a member of the Scottish Rite; was a 32 ^nd degree Mason; and member of the Shriners.  In his free time, Kim enjoyed painting pictures, playing horseshoes, playing the lottery for fun.  He also formerly was an active golfer and enjoyed fishing.  More than anything, Kim was a devoted husband and father who enjoyed nothing more than spending time with his family.

Kim's family includes his wife, Linda Graham of Tipton; daughter, Ashley (Paul) Sampson of Tipton; 3 siblings, Carol Ploughe of Windfall, Terry (Rosemary) Graham of Edwards, CO, and Hal (Cathy) Graham of Stockwell; brother-in-law, Jeff Fakes of Tipton; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.  Kim was preceded in death by his parents; 2 siblings, David Graham and Lori Fakes; brother-in-law, Joe Ploughe; and 2 unborn grandchildren.

A funeral service celebrating Kim's life will be held at 3:30 pm on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at the West Street Christian Church in Tipton with Rev. Ashley Sherard officiating.  Burial will follow in New Lancaster Cemetery in rural Tipton County.  Visitation for family and friends will be held from 4 to 7 pm on Friday, January 13, 2023 at West Street Christian Church and will include a Masonic Lodge memorial ritual at 6:30 pm.  Visitation will also be held one hour prior to the funeral on Saturday at the church.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home in Elwood.  Memorial contributions are suggested to the West Street Christian Church.  Online condolences and memories may be shared at www.copherfeslermay.com.
