Kenneth Robert "Kenny" Bambrough, age 66 of Elwood, passed away suddenly on Monday, November 26, 2018 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis following several health complications.  He was born January 7, 1952 in Elwood, the son of Dan F. and Gladys A. (Arthur) Bambrough.  Ken was a 1970 graduate of Elwood High school, and following high school proudly enlisted in the U.S. Navy.  He later went to work for State Plating for about 15 years, and in this position he found his passion for driving.  Ken was employed with Marathon Electric Co., and drove cross country all over the United States.   He was a member of The American Legion.  Ken loved to golf and enjoyed watch old westerns on television.  He loved working and staying busy, but more than anything - Ken truly enjoyed being on the open road.  Ken was a quiet and stubborn man, but he loved his family more than anything in the world.

Ken's family includes son, Joshua Bambrough of Elwood; 2 sisters, Kathy D. Creamer of Anderson, and Marilyn E. (husband Jim) Frazier-Hartwell of Elwood; and several nieces and nephews. Ken was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Stephen Bambrough.

A memorial service for celebrating Kenny's life will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at St. John Lutheran Church in Elwood with Rev. Kal Rissman officiating.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home in Elwood.  Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Diabetes Association through the funeral home.  Online expressions of condolence may be made at copherfeslermay.com.
