Obituary

Juanita Eileen Perrin, age 82 of Elwood, died Monday, June 24, 2013 at St. Vincent Mercy Hospital in Elwood after an extended illness. She was born April 22, 1931 in Peoria, Illinois the daughter of Clifford and Bertha (Graham) Bouchez. She worked in production at Pioneer Seed Company in Tipton and retired in 1993. She also formerly worked Dunn-Rite Corporation in Elwood. Juanita married Earl Ridgway in 1951, and he preceded her in death in 1985. She later married Lell D. Perrin in 1988, and he died in 2004. She was a member of the Elwood V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary #5782, and was also a former member of the Bluffton Elks Lodge along with her husband. Juanita enjoyed cooking, and especially enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Juanita's family includes 2 sons, Charles (wife Beth) Rowe of Sarasota, Florida and Lawrence Ridgway of Bluffton; daughter, Lillian "Marty" (husband Wade) Wargny of Pendleton; sister, Florence Kay (husband Robert) Brickner of Pekin, Illinois; 5 brothers, Gilbert (wife Pat) Bouchez of Peoria, IL, David Bouchez of Peoria, IL, Carol Bouchez of Peoria, IL; Richard (wife Nancy) Bouchez of Bluffton, and Clifford (wife Claudia) Bouchez of Bluffton; 7 grandchildren, Christopher Rowe, David Rowe, Cara Rowe, Andrew Rowe all of Sarasota, FL, James McGinnis of Pendleton, Leslie (husband Neal) Draper, and Allison (husband Brett) Bothast all of Bluffton; 3 great grandchildren, Breanna McGinnis of Anderson, David Lee Chappell, Jr. of Pendleton, and Rebekkah Chappell of Lapel; 3 great-great grandchildren, Jace Draper, Chloe Obern, and Mike Obern; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Earl Ridgway who died in 1985; second husband, Lell D. Perrin who died in 2004; granddaughter, Shana Chappell; 4 sisters, Betty, Nettie, Charlotte and Jean; and 2 brothers, Chuck and Harold.

Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 PM on Friday, June 28, 2013 at Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home in Elwood with her brother, Richard Bouchez, officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 3 to 7 PM, Friday, prior to the funeral at the funeral home.
