Joshua Jay Kelich, age 35 of Elwood, passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at Community Hospital in Anderson following a struggle with depression. He was born on May 16, 1980 in Elwood, the son of Sandra (Kaiser) Harney and Timothy Kelich. He was formerly a Machinist for several years at Integrity EDM Company in Tipton. Joshua was a 1998 graduate of Elwood Community High School where he was active in wrestling, football, and track. He later attended Vincennes University and earned an Associate's Degree in Tool & Die Technology. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and music. He was also an avid sports fan and motorcycle and car enthusiast. Joshua was a very intelligent individual and thoroughly enjoyed working on motors and fixing things. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Joshua is survived by his mother and step-dad, Sandra and Mark Harney of Elwood; biological father, Timothy Kelich of Elwood; maternal grandmother, Joyce Kaiser of Elwood; siblings, Nathan Kelich (Tasia) of Sharpsville, Kristofer Couch (Dee) of Elwood, Cody Couch (Wendy) of Elwood, and Brooklyn Harney of Elwood; several aunts and uncles; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Jerry Kaiser and paternal grandparents, James and Anna Kelich.

A life celebration visitation will be held for family and friends on Monday, April 11, 2016 from 4 to 7 PM at Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home in Elwood. Cremation will occur and burial will take place at a later date privately with the family.
