Jordan Scott Lacy , age 35 of Elwood, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 3, 2025 in Elwood.  He was born April 15, 1989 in Tipton, the son of Kenneth David and Kellie Jo (Deweese) Lacy.  Jordan was a member of the class of 2008 at Elwood High School.  He was currently employed at Warner Body in Elwood where he worked with metal.  Jordan proposed to Ashlie Anthony on Feb. 10, 2024, after dating for over 7 years.  He was an avid Indianapolis Colts fan and enjoyed going to as many games as he could with his dad and friends.  Jordan liked to listen to music, play magic cards, watch Doctor Who, and was an avid reader.  He loved nothing more in this world than being a father.  Jordan enjoyed doing everything as a family, including riding bikes, fishing, and going kayaking.  Jordan will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

Jordan's family includes his mother, Kellie Jo Lacy (Ben Henson) of Elwood; fiancé, Ashlie Anthony of Elwood; 5 children, Tessa Caldwell, Wiley Caldwell, Hayden Lacy, Benny Lacy, and Axel Anthony; paternal grandfather, David Lacy of Tipton; sister, Tasha (Brittany) Hayes of Tennessee; special aunts and uncles, James Deweese, Ivy (Martin) Teeter, and Delbert Lacy; many cousins, including a close cousin, Misty Jeske of Elwood.  Jordan was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth "Kenny" David Lacy who passed away in Feb. of 2024.

Cremation will take place and a celebration of Jordan's life will take place at a later date by the family.   Memorial contributions are suggested to Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home in Elwood to help with unexpected funeral expenses.  Online condolences and memories may be shared at copherfeslermay.com.
