Jeffery K. Mundy , age 66 of Elwood, passed away on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at The Waters of Chesterfield following a courageous battle with cancer.  He was born February 12, 1959 in Noblesville, the son of Floyd L. and Carrie (Crusenberry) Mundy.  Jeff was a 1977 graduate of Elwood Community High School.  He worked in production at Gardner-Denver Co. in Fishers for many years.  Jeff married Kelly D. Goodwin on January 26, 1980.  Jeff found enjoyment in hunting, trapping, fishing, and working on cars.  He always had a good joke to tell and loved to make people laugh.  More than anything, Jeff cherished spending time with his family.  He will be truly missed.

Jeff is survived by his wife, Kelly Mundy of Elwood; 2 sons, Jason Mundy of Elwood, and Jesse Mundy of Elwood; 4 siblings, Sharon (Jerry) Bryant of Cicero, Theresa (Terry) Troutman of Elwood, Mark (Sandy) Mundy of Elwood, and Alesa Basey (Rod Hughes) of Elwood; 4 grandchildren, Ryken Mundy, Madison Mundy, Ilah Mundy, and Alexis Mundy; special niece, Sara Basey of Elwood; and several nieces and nephews.  Jeff is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Gary Mundy; and special cousin, Charles Woodard.

A graveside memorial service celebrating Jeff's life will take place at 1:00 pm on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at Elwood City Cemetery in Elwood.  Memorial contributions are suggested to the Elwood Animal Shelter through the funeral home.  Jeff's arrangements have been entrusted to Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home in Elwood.  Online condolences and memories may be shared at copherfeslermay.com.
