Donna Sue Gray, age 90 of Elwood, and formerly of Colorado Springs, Colorado for the previous 34 years, died January 1, 2011 at Community Parkview Care Center in Elwood following an extended illness. She was born October 31, 1920 in Paris, Arkansas. She was a Hairdresser for many years, and a homemaker. She was a 1938 graduate of Branch High School in Branch, Arkansas. She married Roy E. Gray on July 31, 1943. She was a member of the Southern Baptist Church in Colorado Springs, and was very active in church committees and functions. She also enjoyed crafts. Survivors include: Daughter ? Linda (husband J.D.) Connors of Elwood; Son ? Jack Gray of Colorado Springs, CO; 4 Grandchildren; and 5 Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: Parents ? Roy E. and Eula M. (Comer) Clem; Husband of 65 years ? Roy E. Gray; and Sister ? Betty Lou (Clem) Gray. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 PM Friday, January 7, 2011 at Swan- Law Funeral Home in Colorado Springs, CO with Rev. Charles Farr officiating. Burial will take place in the Evergreen Cemetery in Colorado Springs. Visitation will be held from 2 to 3 PM Friday, January 7, 2011 at Swan-Law Funeral Home in Colorado Springs.
