Donald K. "Kenny" Martin age 67 of Muncie and formerly of Elwood, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at The Waters of Muncie following a battle with cancer.  He was born Oct. 19, 1956 in Marion, the son of Donald and Dorothy (Brannon) Martin.  Kenny attended Wendell L. Willkie High School and later served his country in the U.S. Military.  He worked for many years at Swifty Gas Station in Elwood and later at King Systems in Noblesville.  Kenny loved to be outdoors, doing yardwork, and going for long walks.  He especially liked collecting things related to eagles and assembling model cars.  Kenny will be remembered as a person who was always there to help a friend in need.

Kenny's family includes his mother, Dorothy Martin; sister, Dusty L. Fowler; and several nieces and nephews.  Kenny was preceded in death by his father, Donald Martin and sister, Helen Pratt.

Kenny's wishes were to be cremated.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home in Elwood.  In lieu of flowers, Kenny's family asks that memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to help with cremation expenses.  Online condolences and memories may be shared at www.copherfeslermay.com.
