Charlotte J. Henderson, age 91 of Elwood, died December 23, 2010 at Community Parkview Care Center in Elwood following a brief illness. She was born May 28, 1919 in Curtisville, Indiana. She was a Homemaker. She was a graduate of Windfall High School. She married Ralph Henderson on May 30, 1938. She was formerly a devoted member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Elwood. She enjoyed Dancing, Music, and playing games. Survivors include: Daughter ? Wanda K. (husband Jim) Parker of Kokomo; Son ? Jimmie R. (wife Phyllis) Henderson of Yuma, AZ; 5 Grandsons; 18 Great-Grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: Parents ? Earl P. and Maude B. (Brown) Tyner; Husband who died December 20, 1994 ? Ralph Henderson; Brother ? Burel Tyner. Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home in Elwood with Rev. Jerry Alexander officiating. Entombment will take place in Sunset Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Kokomo. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home.
