Avery Buis Grogan, beloved, infant daughter of Eric Grogan and JoBeth Buis both of Elwood, entered into her Heavenly home prematurely on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at Community North Hospital in Indianapolis following unexpected complications. Her premature arrival leaves a void where much joy had been anticipated. She has become one of God's special angels.

Family members include her parents of Elwood; half-brother, Ashton Grogan of Noblesville; maternal grandparents, Donnie and Vicky Buis of Elwood; paternal grandparents, Randy and Pam Grogan of Elwood; great-grandparents Elva Mae Crowe of Elwood, Elvie and Barbara Grogan of Indianapolis, and William Hancock of Tennessee. Avery was preceded in death by her great-grandparents Louis and Christine Buis, Mary R. Hancock, Joyce DeLarosa, and Robert Ritter.

A memorial service for Avery will be conducted at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home in Elwood with Sister Rosie Coughlin officiating.
