Annette M. Smith, age 44, of Atlanta, passed away Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Premier Healthcare in Sheridan.  She was born on September 22, 1972 in Corning, New York, the daughter of Dwight and Margaret (Dennison) Miller.  Annette was a graduate of Addison High School in New York.  She then went on to work for numerous nursing facilities and in home health care.  Annette loved to spend time with her family.

Annette's family includes son, Tyler Smith of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; 3 brothers, Steve Miller of Atlanta, Brian Granger of Elwood, and Mark (wife Stacie) Miller of New York; sister, Cristy (husband Joe) Ochlech of Baltimore, NY; grandson, Isaac Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Annette was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents; and brother, Clint Robbins.
